Après de multiples collaborations avec des artistes issus de Noircity (Artik, Ripklaw, Ledaw, ...) ou d'ailleurs (Espiiem, Will Hill, Eff Gee, ...), et en marge de son duo electro The Waters, le beatmaker Travis Brickman sort son premier opus solo, "Palindrome".
Format court et instrumental, "Palindrome" rassemble des morceaux conçus et fignolés sur les trois dernières années, dans un état d'esprit lancinant, mélancolique et emprunt d'une noirceur binaire...
Principalement élaboré seul, cet opus voit aussi l'intervention d'autres machinistes du beat en les personnes de Lau P et d'Underlying, qui se fondent dans le décor planté par Brickman tout en apportant leur touche personnelle.
"Palindrome" est un trip sensoriel, une boucle désormais bouclée, un voyage dont l'aller ne prend de sens que lors du retour...
